Automotive Technician
Position: Auto Technician
Location: Lansing, Michigan

Are you a skilled Auto Technician looking for a career with a reputable and growing auto repair shop? We are seeking an experienced technician to help maintain our reputation for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and high-quality repairs and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and provide repair recommendations using the latest equipment and technology.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to document and communicate issues to service advisors and customers.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new technologies through regular training.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety and shop protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an auto technician in a busy repair shop.
- Proficiency in diagnostics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and engine repair.
- Ability to use modern diagnostic equipment (e.g., Autel, Snap-On) and software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes thoroughly.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality repairs.

Service Advisor
Position: Service Advisor
Location: Lansing, Michigan

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively communicate technical information to our valued customers. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on vehicle status, service recommendations, and pricing.
- Manage the scheduling of repair and maintenance appointments, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Clearly communicate vehicle issues and repair needs to customers in a way they can understand.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient repair timelines.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates, gaining customer approval for services.
- Maintain customer records and manage follow-ups to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a service advisor in an automotive repair shop or dealership.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
- Familiarity with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and shop management software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
